Dennis Duban graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Southern California with Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Upon graduation, he was awarded much praise for receiving the Elijah Watt Sells award and the Forbes Gold Medal for the highest score on the May 1973 Uniform CPA Examination. Soon after Dennis began his career employed by a major international CPA firm from 1973 – 1979 before forming his own firm in 1979.

Dennis Duban’s specialties include tax compliance and planning for individuals, partnerships, corporations, estates and trusts. His specific areas of tax expertise include real estate, the entertainment industry, construction and development, professional corporations, retirement and estate planning. He believes that each client’s financial goals are achieved by careful, insightful and individual attention to their needs.
